Getting the attention of EHR buyers and influencers within hospitals was a challenge for MedSphere. Rip and replacing a deficient EHR system with one built with OpenVista wasn’t top of mind for the CIO, CFO, CEO, and Chief of Staff.

To reach the diverse group of buyers and influencers in each account, Savvy implemented a highly choreographed and personalized three phase multichannel “New View” campaign comprised of email, physical gifts, direct mail, sales calls, and a companion website. The result was a 36% response rate.
